The Executive Committee brings together the directors of business units as well as those responsible for support functions such as the Financial Department, the Human Resources Department and the PMO (Project Management Office).

Each activity is organized into a division and each division is also managed by a dedicated Management Committee, ensuring local and operational management.
Finally, the Group Committee, a truly cross-functional and collaborative body, brings together 42 people: members of the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee, as well as the directors of support functions, including the IT department, communications, and the R&D unit (Le LAB Riccobono). This committee promotes cohesion, shared vision, and strategic alignment between all Group entities.
